Hello! My name is Andrea Mielke Schroer. My sister, Amy Dressel, and I own and operate Mielke's Fiber Arts, LLC. I designed and maintain this website. Besides the day-to-day operations of the business, I also teach fiber arts classes and workshops. I have taught at the Wisconsin Spin In; Wisconsin Sheep and Wool Festival; "fiber thing" in Shawano, WI; Michigan Fiber Festival; Stephenson County Fiber Art Fair in IL; Shepherd's Harvest in MN; New York Sheep and Wool Festival; MAFA Conference, Spin Off Autumn Retreat (SOAR), and at numerous schools and guilds. Amy and I have also co-taught or performed lectures/demos at various guild meetings and historical re-enactments. I am available to teach for your store, guild, or event.
