Bobbin Lead

Bobbin lead (pronounced "led") is accomplished when the drive band goes around the bobbin, and the brake band goes around the whorl (or flyer, as is the case with Louet spinning wheels).  The bobbin is "leading" the flyer, thus the term "bobbin lead."

It is also variously known as Indian Head or Irish Tension.  Don't ask me why.
